I saw this evo 7 conversion kit on Ebay

acording to the description this one is a direct bolt wihtout the need for a new hood. Is this a scam or will it really work. cause as far as I know one of the kits u need a new hood. the other u have to tear out some kind of a reinforcement bar

ok it depends on the kit . I think Accolades kits you can remove the grill from the bumper so you could use just the bumper. you would have to ask them which kit they are selling and then do a search on here.

 

In the picture, the headlights are regular lancer headlights, so I think it's just an EVO style front bumper, made to fit the '02/03.

 

( Bumper is direct bolt on, no need to change hood or anything ).

since it says that then the kit pictured is not the kit your going to get. the kit you'd get is the one without the grill attached to the bumper so you don't have to change your hood.

 

I bought that front bumper, and yea its crap. it like the first accolade version in fiber glass. u cant use ur stock hood, you would have to either shave it or buy and evo7 one. and the holes to bolt it up dont even line up so u have to get it professionally done.it fits good tho , but u have to remove the front reinforcment bar. but yea i have to wait to buy a hood now. oh yea and it took like a month to ship becuz the use dhl. i dont recommend it. just buy the accolade one

dont buy it. its whack..if u into kits buy the whole thing. and better quality at accolade.
