In need of your help

Hi I need help with this. I bought an aftermarket dashkit and got fed up cause it didn't fit properly so decided to go with the OEM. my problem is that there are small gaps around my screen and I want to know if anyone can help me with sealing the gaps. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Kevin

Here's a link of the picture I took.

What aftermarket kit did you try??

As far as the gaps.... people normally leave it like that. You can try foam, plastic, tape, etc..

I forgot which kit i bought but got it from carid.com and yep I've thought of sealing the gaps with the grayish/black foam but have no idea where to even get it. How would you go about it if this happened to you?

The gap is now sealed. Thanks to home depot for having foam tapes.

Looks good.

Some people had the same issue with the mirage (new model). At first the only trim kit available was the double din from the dealership. Same gap when using an aftermarket radio.
