Hell, maybe a newb question but I was about to ask the same thing. Looking at the picture, I was like "a flux capacitor? Wow, a Lancer can go back in time!"

thankx everyone. i love bobaab. none of my lights dim at all, and it didnt even need to be charged, all i had to do is connect it straight. guess thats how digital works. im only running a mono 400 watt amp to a 12" sub, but my lights still dimmed without the cap. and as for the flux capacitor, i wish i could go back in time, then i wouldve waited for the ralliart...

As long as it is hooked up to power it is charged/charging, so you did charge it. It is just reccomended that you charge the cap fully before placing a load on it. Digital has nothing to do with it. The digital portion is just a meter to tell you how full the cap is.

Correct. Once power is being routed to the cap, it is, in effect, being charged.

I like the install, nice and clean. The only problem I have is that you're advertising your system. Anyone looking in now sees your car holding a big neon sign that says JACK ME.

i know, im well aware of that, and they also see my size and how bad i would kick their asses. i know my surroundings, and people know who i am, so they dont mess with me. lets just say i know i wont get jacked. and i tried to charge the cap but it wouldnt charge at all. so i dont know. i hooked up a 1 watt 1kohm resister to it and read the voltage through a voltemeter and it stood the same. so i just gave up and hooked it str8.
