Autocross Camra Mount

$6 and some digging through my spare part and its done.

how stable is that? it also looks like it would bouce around a lot

i drilled the head rest hole alittle wide so that there is alot of force on it. worked better then i thought.

That's been done before, although some people complained about vibrations making the picture come out bouncy. And for some F'ed up reason, that's not considered SCCA approved... although most any autocross inspector would let it pass, and most track events too. Get some good video for us!

Oh yeah, and here's my camera mount. Cost about $6 as well, and gets a good solid view of the full windshield and a few driver movements as well. Some of the other SCLC guys and I will be using it to make some sweet autocross, road course, and canyon videos!

i tried what brian did but my camera didnt seem tog et the best picture from that angle. i might take off the passenger headrest and create some kind of mount there. i actually placed my camera between the headrest and the seat and i pushed down on the headrest and my camera was actually in there really good but im sure the SCCA won't approve that..
