I just installed coilovers on my 17 SE, stance xr1. I'm not sure how to adjust the rear dampening adjuster, on my car there is a welded steel piece covering the entire upper mount. I just ordered a set of extenders for it, so do I have to drill a hole through the metal or is there an easier method? Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

On a side note, the coilovers so far are great, with the dampening turned all the way down, they are about as comfortable as the se's "sport tuned suspension" and at the firmer end, damn stiff. Haven't taken to autoX yet but at least on smooth roads, seems to grip quite well.
