Fixing up Bumper and fender/Door damages

Hello, all!
I Had a little bumper breaker with a 9 point buck just before Christmas and luckily had no mechanical damage to my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2.4L , so I'm looking to fix it. I had damage done to my hood, bumper cover, Inner & outer fender, and door, with addition to the drivers side headlight being completely busted. I had to take off the engine splash shield front, drivers side and passenger side to keep it from hanging and scraping, it was trashed.

I was wondering if there are any forum veterans who have done something similar to this, and who have replaced the bumper with another factory OEM bumper, headlight and inner fender, fender, and a drivers side door, to give me advice. I noticed the trim on of the drivers side rear view mirror was gone, and I have no clue what to look up to buy to replace it. My parts list looks like this, and I'm looking for advice on my buy list to see if it's all there.
(I've went and got an estimate done and they tried to tack on a lot of stuff I didn't need and was way over-priced, so I'm looking to do it myself with the help of a friend who knows what he is doing)

Headlight bracket
A new set of headlights (even though the passenger side is fine)
Bumper
Bumper bracket
Bumper retainer both
Splash shield or clip set
Inner & full fender
Hood
Door

Any recommendations or help would be greatly appreciated!
