Hi I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.4 limited edition and recently I've tried taking the spark plugs out to change them but every time I try I noticed I can loosen them but every time I try pull them out all I get is oil on the spark plug

If they are stuck, put antiseaced next time you take them out. That should prevent them for doing that
Replace or clean the PCV valve, ITS CHEAP and the easiest first try solution.
