So i went to install my Rally Armor mudflaps yesterday and when i took off the fender liner on the front on both sides, this is what i found! Wet, smelly, dirty, twiggy, nasty dirt! Has anyone ever seen anything like this on a Lancer? My neighbor says hes seen it on a truck before, but i think its all just too uniform of material to be random road crap thats been kicked up. I mean it was like packed in there! I had to scrape it and vacuum it out.. Ive had the car for 3 months and the Carfax was clean. I also noticed when i dipped the wheels that there was a water line on the inside about 1/4 up the wheel, but didnt think too much of it at the time. Did someone drive it into a mulch pile or into the lake? Its just weird to me. Anyways glad i got it out before it started rusting or anything like that.
