10k for a 2010 Sportback Ralliart?

10k for a 2010 Sportback Ralliart?
Looking for some feedback. I'm looking to buy a 2010 Sportback Ralliart AWD with 93k miles. Its priced at 10k ( in the US). When I used Kelley blue book its top price at about 8700. But KBB doesn't seem to have anything to select the package this one has. This has the added Recaro sport pack with the racing seats and subwoofer in the back. I know this was something like a 3k package when this was new. I'm wondering if 10k is fair priced for this then?
