Fuel Volume Regulator Location

Hey Guys!
I have a 2009 Lancer DE, CVT.

Couple of weeks ago car almost stalled when I stopped and it went back to normal when I press the gas pedal.
After that, there were few times where RPMs dropped too low and went up again. Every time when I did a stop.

Then, over the weekend code P0004 popped up and then disappeared. From what I read, it might an issue with the fuel volume regulator. Most likely a bad connector or a bad fuel pressure sensor.

So all that context was to ask, where do I find that regulator on the 2009 Lancer or the fuel pressure sensor? There are a lot of connectors by the fuel rail lol

Don't have money to get a mechanic right now. I would try to check the easier which is the connector or lose wire.
