i want more power, not the best. just enough to surprise people, so the ripp sds would be pretty good fo rme.
My friend has a 2002 z28, he beat some high end crotch rocket (dont know much about them), he runs high 10s hehe. If i had that kind of speed in this car i would be scared

Im getting a 2.5" high flow cat (not a test pipe) from buschur along with my header, going to be installed together. I will let everyone know how the low end feels after install! But like i said, bushur dynos show an increase in torque and hp with their 2.5" piping

The rpw setup I'm gettin comes with the downpipe, so that will eliminate the first cat, but I will still have the second, will post results like statics when I get it on.

oh yeah, the one im getting is also the one with the downpipe. The first cat is actualy in the manifold though, so even if it didnt have a downpipe, you would lose your cat...

Well, some bad news, not gettin rpw header after all. The company I was going with was charging like 540 shipped which to me is way steep, but I figured, for rpw it'd be worth it. THey call me the next day, and say that the price they gave me doesn't include the header setup being jet polished, just bare metal. Being that I'm on a rpw high, I give them the go ahead to charge me an additional 165 for it. Now I'm paying like 700 bucks for the frickin setup, they say cool it'll ship the next day. Two days later, I check my credit card, no charge for it yet, I'm like wtf. Call em up, they say now they price they've given me was only for the header to be jet coated, now they want another 75 to have the downpipe polished too. This is where I say eat s**t and cancelled it. Not paying almost a grand for a fricking polished header. Called up rrm and ordered the header and the throttle body for still not even close to the price these fools were charging me. rrm says it'll ship tomorrow, so since I'm bought from rrm before, I know it'll ship when they say, and they won't mysteriously tack on more money. RRM ROCKS, the rest of the world sucks.

yeah, still the rrm header is a good one, even without the downpipe, which they say doesn't do much anyway, but I got the tb, so that'll definatley make up some what for havin two cats still, which I'm still going to eventually eliminate one with a high flo.

removing the stock manifold removes your first cat, its not in the downpipe. You are still losing one cat when you install the rrm header.

Yeah, sorry, you're right, don't know what I was thinking. Lookin at it after taking off the heat shield should be very easy to remove. I'm given it an hour to do. If the bolts are too tight like some people are sayin, I'll break out the impact wrenches and laugh at the little f***ers after I get them out, then proceed to ridicule them, "you suck you little mitsu bolts." I know, poor attempt at being humerous. AAAAAAAnnnyway, should get it next week, whoo-hoo, and then the following week will come the tb!
