RPW Header

Just got off the phone right now, my rpw header and downpipe are on the way, I'm so freakin exited. From what I've read over the last couple months I should see big gains in higher gears. OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH YEAH!

Yeah, I can't wait, I also can't wait to take off the stock header and cat and play soccer with it in the street, big p.o.s.

5 bills after shipping, I was brought to the decision because kamikaze headers which also come with downpipe are all on backorder for our car, and I'm friggin impatient. Called rrm, doesn't come with downpipe, though much cheaper, but really couldn't tell why the downpipe was or was not necessary, so basically choice was made for me.

Yeah, but if you plan on Turboing, the header wont work with the RRM Kit. Might work with the RPW though (not sure).

yeah, i read that too, that they won't work with their turbo, but after all the other little pidly stuff first, tb, coilovers, my last mod will be the most expensive, sds with pistons, rods, etc.

Yeah, I probably won't get mine till next week, so let me know how it is, ease of install, difference in power...etc.
Thanks

The only hard part i hear about installing a new header, is taking out the stock manifold. We'll see though. From everything ive read, ill be the only one running bushur intake, exhaust, cat, and rpw headers. The whole system is 2.5" all the way to the 3" tip. Hopefully my low end will not suffer much. The dynos on the bushur parts all increased torque and hp. And the rpw header is supposed to increase low end torque because of its long design.
But i wont know until its in, cant wait... Probably will take it to the track soon after. Only problem are my 27lb 18" wheels

Yeah, I've got 18's too, feel your pain there, but they look too damn good, not into taking to the track thogh, just want more power, probably won't be satisfied though until I get the sds. Then again, probably won't ever be satisfied being that I'm used to crotch rocket kind of acceleration. Oh well, I'll make it as fast as my budget will allow.
