HELP metalic scraping Sound from new Eibach Springs

Hey guys it's me again the ever so clueless one. I just had some Eibach Pros installed on monday and I keep hearing a weird scraping sound when I hit a small bump in the road. The tech that installed them said it's just because there new and need to break in. is this true? I'd go for that not being a mechanic and all. Or were they installed wrong?

I've noticed a lot of installers fail to align the 2 holes, hence the suspension is loose and you can hear the spring moving in there. Jack the car up, take off a wheel and see if the little hole in the bottom spring cup aligns with the one in the top spring cup. If not you may be able to twist it til it does, otherwise take it back and tell them to fix it. If they align, then just give em a bit of time to settle.
