I recently just got back from a road trip from seattle. There was alot of construction zones and I guess the little tar rocks kinda got stuck to my OZ supperleggeras. Is there is kinda of fluid or solution that can get it off without damaging the rim?

 

buy bottle of simple green and scurb with car wash mitt and it will come off. i did many time

 

Also First spray it on rim then scurb then soak with water and let rinse all soap off then ur finish

 

simple green will clean anything, from ur wheels to ur interior...to bowling *****...yes bowling *****

could always use an old toothbrush for the 'really' hard to reach spots, just dont push so hard u scratch it obviously.
