What the hell is this?

Alright, this is weird. This happened after it rained here and after rained a few days ago. I wiped it away last time after a while of wiping. I don't know if it was from that or just went away itself.

After the rain, I go out and look at my car and my carbon fiber grill has the blue spots on it. Like blue shades also. It looks like it is in the grill, like under outside of it.

Does anyone know what this could be? Could it be from waxing it? I waxed the whole car though and this is the only thinkg to do it. How do I get it from coming back?

ive heard the best way to do it is to use a strong dish washing liquid, thats why you dont use it when washing the car right? because it removes wax or something like that

Claybar (buy a set and claybar the grill... that removes wax and any imperfections stuck in the clearcoat). Then wax it with some CF safe wax.

Would the wax say on the bottle if it is carbon fiber safe? And any brands in particular that anyone prefers?

The wax I used says clearcoat safe. Weird that it didn't do it to my cf hood.
