Having Trouble with Motegi Racing and select tires
ok so i saved up my money right... and i bout me some motegi racing ff-5 hyperblack 17inch rims. I had them put on at my work right.. the back right rim was bent and caused my whole car to shake.. so they shipped me out anther rim which i had to pay for(got em at www.selecttires.com) and they would just refund my money back when i shipped em back my old one. WELL i got the new one in but guess what it had a huge chip out of the finish on the edge part of the rim. It was really noticeable so i told them i wanted it replaced as well. So right now i ahve 5 rims for my car 2 of which are bad and i should be getting the other one in a couple of days(wish me luck guys) but what do you guys think, think i've been through alot and also the wheels were suppose to come balanced.. and we checked em at good year and all the rims were off balanced and were poorly done i give selecttires a 1

that sucs man i hope everything work out for you. sounds like your middle man doesn't give a sh*t about your situation cause he already got your $$ I'm on the west coast and i just picked up a set of the DP6 from the motegi offices in dominguez hills. I checked all the wheels before i left and they are perfect. mine were packaged to be shipped so i can speak for their packaging.
did you register your wheels through the motegi website? thats a good idea if you haven't plus any defects to the wheels you'll want to go through them (motegi) instead of the middle man (select tires).

basically to register the warranty for the wheels with motegi. pretty stupid though cause they only give you ten days after purchase!!
