That's a lot of stuff. You really need to think the project through and try to make it more cost effective. When you start climbing the cost near 50% of your car's resale value, you should have some cold feet.

Once you go down that road, there is no turning back.

actually i am building a show vehicle, i will probably only race the car every once in a while. this car is going to be my daily driver so.

i think the magnaflow exhaust is going to be my best bet.

i am also forgoing some extensive body work and custom interior work.

since you are getting a turbo do NOT get a magnaflow or greddy like everybody is saying. they are jsut 2.25 inches and a 2.5 is better with a turbo. get the buschur downpipe, hi flo cat, and catback that has a magnaflow muffler on it. you also have the option of a custom made 2.5 straight thru turboback but that would be very loud and very illegal.

i do not recomend getting a "mammoth" IC, another member did that and lost power with that IC over the rrm spearco one. also if you did want to get the larger IC do not just get the nonIC kit. you can get the IC kit without the intercooler and not have to cut and weld the turbo to turn it around to accomadate an IC.

you could also go with the powder coated valve cover, and a cam shaft upgrade. not sure how much those are off the top of my head.
Is poweder coated valve cover that important?
How does it benefit you?

one thing I dont think I saw in your first post... get the ported intake mani... unless someone else said it and I overlooked it... since you are going all out, mine as well have everything the same size! Maybe also get 1 range colder plugs to accomodate the heat of the engine

Also, if you do decide to get cams/gears you will probably need an AEM EMS or some engine management because RRM's stage 2 turbo has a reprogrammed ECU that is set for factory cams I believe... might wanna talk to someone before going after cams

That's what I'd be doing too. Hell, if I had the full 250 large to blow, I'd be doing anything other than modding my Lancer. I'd mod my dealership's used lot with it (and I've done a good bit) and buy a brand new car.

You mentioned potentially getting the willwood drilled/slotted kit and kevlar pads. Bad combination. Drilled rotors shouldn't be combined with kevlar pads or you won't be able to stop worth anything. They will never get hot enough to be effective. Go with a good street compound and drilled rotors or stick with just a slotted pair of rotors and get the carbon kevlar pads.

well some of the money is going into my business. some of the money is remodeling my house. the rest is going to my personal account. which means that some will go into my car. if i wanted an evo, i woudl have bought an evo at the dealership. i wanted a lancer that i could mod out. not an evo that comes modded out. im in this game for the show aspect and the evolution gets looks when you drive it off the lot, there is no challenge in that for me. now making my car faster and better looking than an evo would be a challenge and thats what i want to do. thanks for the thoughts on the brakes. ill keep them in mind.
