that's why i'm doin all this reasearch cuz i might be getting the engine, ecu, ecu harness from an automatic Ralliart. That's why I need to know this info. Is there anything else I need mechanically?

to my knowledge, the ECU on the auto controls shifting and all that, so on the manual it would be missing a lot of needed input from the tranny, don't think it would work...

ok....here i go..ill try my best...
things needed besides the given(motor, ecu and harnesses)...

MAS(might be...since the RA now uses a hotwire type MAS)
custom axels
motor mounts should be the same
exhaust manifold/downpipe...custom is really the only way to go on this
modify the intake manifold...
2nd car since you dont know how long this will take and/or how reliable your car will be for ahwile
tranny-if your gonna do it do it right

ecu's are not the same
i had i really big thread on doing a swap for the 4g64 under search under that...boeand bahamut and rhyzin povided a lot of good info in there....

Would the ralliart or 03 axles not work?
why would the IM have to be modifyed?

from what i member...the axels wont work...as for the IM...click on that thread...somewhere in there boe explains it
