How to add underbody lights and interior lights
the easy way to wire them would be to buy a bell wire switch kit for like 20$ at pepboys or the like. its a 8 gauge wire you hook to the battery and it has like 5 switches on it and at the back of each switch you have an input for a certain acc. such as a neon, that is if u dont wanna use your cig. lighter.
Here I wrote up a quick diagram with some explanations below.

Light sizes vary, I believe I bought two red 10 inch neons, and
those fit fine under my dash, its a good size to mount and its bright.
You can buy a basic two prong switch at circuit city, or autozone.
They also sell pretty cheap inline fuses that range in size, however
I'm not sure what the best fuse size would be. I believe mine is
a 20 amp'er. Installing the inline fuse is pretty easy, just cut
the wire in the middle, and connect one side to a positive wire
coming out of the switch, and connect the other side of it to another
wire which will go to the battery's "positive terminal". To connect
wires, simply buy some blue wire connecters that you can crimp, or
if you know how to solder, that would be even better. In order to
mount the lights, I would suggest finding a good place to connect
them with wire ties, so you don't have perminent holes. My lights are
mounted tight to some metal brackets I found under the dash. It's
easier done than said, so have at it. If you have any questions you
can PM me.
The final result:

^--good diagram. Thats how I ran mine. Except the streetglow neons I have on my interior have a little box they plug into with fuses inside, then from there I ran the power/ground to a switch.
My interior lights are..
They are two 5inch under the front dash..
and two 7inch under the driver seat, facing the back seat. They light up really bright. There is really no need for anything bigger.

Here is my underdash light on my drivers side, my floor paper got ripped. I need to place down some new ones to preserve my mats
. My camera quality sucks when taking pictures of lights, the blue came out amazing looking, the red in mine looks better in real life.
^--yes same for me.. You can't see any of my neons. I used black bread ties to hold them up too.. like the kind of ties you get in a box of new home stereo equipment holding together the wires. It beats drilling holes where you can't fit a drill, and then trying to screw those little 2mm screws in lol.
What makes them so bright then? And why can I see the reflection on the side of your door. If you are in the backseat can you see the bulbs? If not, are the the lights under the seat lighting it up so bright? If so, where under the seat did you put the lights?
here is another pic if it helps..
I dunno why mine are so bright. They are street glow brand.. maybe urs are a different brand?
The neons in the front I just attached to the bottom of the steering column holder, and on the other side, behind the glovebox mount.
In the back, I just used bread ties to also hold them up. They are attached under the seat on a little round pole that goes horizontally underneath the seat. On my new racing seats the brackets are nearly the same, so I just did the same thing with them.
