It's as easy as running a hose to your car, opening the radiator fill and the radiator drain.

It's as simple as hobie said. Just open the radiator fill when your car is cool and then go underneath the car (front right) and you'll see a little black knob on the radiator. Lossen the knob and drain the radiator. Don't forget to drain it into something. Also, you can drain the overfill tank by unclipping the hose and pulling that plastic bad boy out.

It's sooo easy. Just make sure to take the top cap off to allow airflow.

Have fun. Oh, and if you use green (environmentally friendly, not the color itself) anti-freeze, don't worry too mucha bout a little spillage. Just try to keep it off your driveway/garage floor, because coolant sucks to clean up.

That does not really completely flush the system, just what is in the radiator, there is always some left over in the block.

so if you really want to flush everything, fill the radiator up with water after u empty it, run the engine (idle) for a couple minutes, then turn it off and empty again. Refill with 50/50 mix and you're completely flushed of all bad things.

I kind of assumed he knew to run the car when he filled it with water. After the simple posts he said "that's what I thought".

I think it's the tranny flush that's difficult. I haven't done that yet though, so I couldn't comment.
