make sure you align them with somebody sitting in the car cause that will make a difference in the level of light with added weight on once side...

To adjust there are screws in the back of the headlight, righty is up and lefty is down...

ok so, i messed w/ both and the only one that worked was for the highbeam, the low beam would go down to almost where it had to n just pop right back up.

nope, the way these work (provided we have the same ones) is its an either or situation. The low beam goes off when the high beam goes on.

If you wanted to have both bulbs (high and low) on at the same time I'd say split the power wire from the high beams and connect to both high and low. This however may cause a short, so dont take my word on it.....its just a suggestion

i WOULD NOT do that... it will get too HOT! and u'll have too much current flowing all the time and that can mess up some wires or more.

it could be where there pionted or maby your bulbs? If your highs are pointing tword the ground they wont look as bright. Maby you mixed up wires so your cars telling you that your lows are on but its really your highs and vise versa.
