Does anyone know what each of the 4 wires underneath the cupholder console?
I installed 2LED license plates [streetglow] under my seats. The plates called for a ground, an ignition switch wire, and any 12v wire. To get it to work, or just to test, i connected the 12v and the ignition switch light to the 12v line in one of the 4 and my ground to a screw. The lights work, but I have a check engine light on and im reading a 14v output from my cigarrette lighter...which no longer works.

Anyone have any ideas? tips? or know if 1 of the 3 smaller wires is the ignition switch?

 

14V is normal. Check your fuse box for a blown fuse if your cig lighter is no longer working

 

so...one day last week, i turned the key to start the car and, for some reason to which i forgot why, i only turned it half way really quickly. I heard this weird noise and the engine light went off...i proceeded to redo all the wires and hooked up everything nicely
