Question increase the speed of 2002 lancer...?

As far as the 2002 lancer es does any one know how to increase the speed of the car. When I first got my car it topped out at 125mph and there was a recall on the emissions of the car and now it will not go past 110mph. This sucks. Is there a way to crank the mph back up to 125mph or even maybe 130mph?

No, when we get up that fast we do not have the power to push it any faster against the wind.

dude you can't come on here and talk about illegal activities, especially since no one is allowed to help you go 130 on I95. Read the rules before you post a thread like this. I would strongly suggest not going that fast in an ES. Get better suspension, really good tires, maybe a wing, go to driving school, and then take your car to a track and go that fast!

Max speed i hit with my lancer is 110mph after speed don't just rise!!! 130mph our lancer is not made for that speed plus i don't think your tire could handle at 130 mph!!
