I think you need 12mm wrench or nut driver or ratchet, whatever you want to use.
Unhook the plug wires from the coil pack, you only have two to remove.
Then use the 12mm and loosen up the two screws on each coil pack.
Put the screws in a safe spot so you dont loose them.
Grab the plug wires by the base, give it a few twists left and right then pull straight up, they might make a pop but its ok.
Next remove the coil pack. This will have a tube connecting down to the plug. Remove these by pulling straight out and maybe a few jiggles and twists you might get the same pop as the plug wires.
Now the plugs will be exposed.
install the new ones and make sure the gap is set correctly, dont torque them too tight.
This should at the very least get you started.

Take one of the wires of the battery before you start. Don't wanna have a accident. You might need the extendor for the spark plugs. Also putting tissue in the socket worked great for pulling up the plugs.

Yes I like Permatex copper anti-seize and for god's sake thread them in by hand ever so gently before you crank them down, and really they only need to be ~1/4 turn past snug. I like to take the socket extension off the wrench and turn the plug backwards till it sort of pops, then tighten by hand till snug...with your fingers i mean...
