Little rich or a little oil burning, nothing abnormal for a turbo car. Combustion looks balanced among all 4 cylinders. Can't see any closed gaps or erosion, so I'd assume you're not experiencing much if any detonation.

100% fine....Are you still on the stock tune ? My guess is you are running slightly rich, but nothing too bad....

did you two read the link i posted? the pictures aren't clear, but if you look at the last plug on the right hand side you can see residues around the base ring, which would be of metal pieces fusing into it from the cylinder walls, which would mean knock. plus we can't even see the heat ring in order to tell how the combustion is doing, i do agree with the little rich fact though.

Those look very clean compared to mine that I just swapped... serious carbon buildup. I will now say with confidence that on high horsepower evos, they should be changed every 5000-8000 miles.

remember that the AP's knock table reads different than Ecuflash's. meaning, .4 knock on AP could be multiple counts of Knock Sum in ecuflash.

Is there any conversion table for this, max knock count is 1,76 @ 1000rpm on a thrid gear pull on an accestuner log.

Yes. It is exactly Cobb's CA / .35 = Knock Count.

The AP likes to round to the nearest tenth. So .35 would read .4 on the AP. If you log it, it will be .35 in the logs.

Cobb's CA - Knock Count
0.35 - 1
0.70 - 2
1.05 - 3
1.40 - 4
1.75 - 5
2.10 - 6
2.45 - 7
2.80 - 8
3.15 - 9
3.50 - 10

so 5 knock counts @ 1000rpm and 1 knock count @ between 5800 and 6200 rpm

how bad is that?
