It has Hookups in the back of the head unit, that where the cable hooks up then they bring it out of the cubby thing...

Let me know how this goes, as I will be wanting to do the same thing.
I am heading down to Minneapolis on friday for a week, and might stop into a Mitsu dealer there and check what kind of prices they have on stuff in comparison to the prices up here in Canada.

So was it just an RCA plug with a mini plug at the end. Then we can get this at radio shack
If you have the Mitsu part number for this cable and how much did they charge you for labor?

Thanks.

Dude, CarDomain just opened your page then suddenly went to a "clean the **** off your hard drive" page. When I Xed out the popup, CD was gone (meaning it wasn't a popup, but the whole page redirected). WTF? Have they sold out or something?

The dealerShip put it in for me, dont have a part number it was 50 bucks for the cable then another 40 for them to put it it, It dose not have an RCA on the back, all they do is plug the 3 wires into the female plastic fuse thing conecter in the back then plug it into the headunit. Only took them like an hour to put in. Works real good, when I am playing my ipod its alot louder than a CD!! Real Loud, but yeah just ask you prats guy about the ipod cable/hookup for a 2008 Lancer they should beable to get it for you, let me know how yours goes.

For $90, I'd buy something from RRM. The $20 cable and RCA jacks are good enough for now...

Did you choose to have it routed out through the glovebox or was that their choice? Seems like it would be a cleaner install if it came out from the cubby hole.
