Cleaning
This really should be in the Lancer Show and Shine Forum if i'm correct but ill answer it anyway.
That is really a personal decision. I use Meguiars Gold Class Soap with a really nice Microfiber hand mit. I wax my car with Meguiars NXT Tech wax which i would definately recommend doing soon if you haven't already becuase waxing is one of the best things you can do to protect your paint. Really helps with preventing scratches and chips while adding a really nice shine and making stuff come off your car easier during washing. I Even wax my wheels using this product called Wheel Wax which also helps protect them and boy does it keep the brake dust from sticking. That is the purpose of it is to make your wheels so smooth brake dust wont even stick to them, I would recommend the use of this to a lot of people especially if you have aftermarket wheels. I dry my car using really nice Microfiber Towels with a final wipe off using a fresh towel and some NXT Tech Speed Detailer. Then every few washes i put on Armor All Extreme Tire Shine Gel. It is really up to you what you use. I just always try to stay away from High Pressure water and poor quality sponges. Just make sure whatever you use that it is super soft because you dont want to scratch your paint.
Sorry for the long post but Detailing cars is like a hobby for me.
