Need help with Daytime Running Lights...

OK, so I spent $145 on a set of HIDs and have yet to install them, b/c I want to disable the Daytime Running lights. Don't want the HIds to be on all the time. I'm told there is a wire to cut in the ECU that sents a few volts to the headlights once the On switch is turned on. My question...

WHICH WIRE is the one I am supposed to cut??

Anyone who may know, please help, before I mess up my Lancer!! lol

I just had my hid lights installed and I recommend not installing them until you find out what wire you need to cut because I have to drive with my headlights on all the time because if you try to turn them off they are like strobe lights. I am looking into it and if I find out I will let you know.
