What's the difference? Does anyone know what makes the Cali ECU limited as compared to the Federal ECU? I'm not talking what the HP dif is, etc (I think we all can find that out), I'm looking for a technical explanation.

I'd assume the Cali spec runs a little cleaner (tuned for less smog emissions).
