Red face Stock Exhaust Removal Help + RRM Help

I just got my RRM Exhaust and I'm trying to remove my stock one, but I have run into a problem... the bolts don't move! Here are my questions:

1) How in the world do you remove that bolt cause damn... it doesn't want to move..

2) I haven't gotten to this part yet, but it looks like i'm going to have a hard time removing this from the hanger right?...

3) The RRM Exhaust didn't come with a gasket. Do I need to get a new one?.

edit: more questions below :>!

1) With a set of pliers, squeeze the exhaust and pipe together where they meet, which will take the tension off of the spring and make removing the bolt a lot easier.

2) They're not too hard. Don't use anything like WD-40 though, which can corrode the rubber (not that the hangers are irreplaceable...I'm just saying).

3) There's a gasket somewhere?

I see you're in New Jersey, so if you're still having trouble and not too far from the Philadelphia area, PM me and I'll swing by and give you a hand.

an impact wrench would take that bolt out right quick.

There doesn't appear to be any rust on in there, so that shouldn't be the problem. Use a breaker bar and try again.

The rubber exhaust hanger you can use man-handle it around in order to get it out...no biggie.

Success!

The only issues I have now are:

1) How do I center the exhaust? Is it the front hanger or the back that needs to be moved around (tried both but couldn't center)?

2) The RRM Exhaust seems to be spitting out alot more white smoke then normal. I mean ALOT. Is that normal?

3) I hear some kind of crackling sound either in the muffler or somewhere around the RRM exhaust. Is it the exhaust breaking in or something?
The cracking sound is not loud but if you get close to the muffler area you hear something burning maybe? thats making the cracking sound.

---

Can you guess which one is stock?!

The sounds, smells, smoke are all part of the break-in process...

ok cool, I got the exhaust to center today by just loosening the left side of the flange a little. I plan to put back to OEM bolts and i'll be done I think!
