Finally got my HID's on my '08

I just got back home from having my HID kit installed. I got the 6000K. They look so good! Kinda sucks loosing the DRL's but I never had them on any other car I have owned so what's the big loss? The guy in the shop did a great job and his price is very reasonable in my opinion. If anyone in the Phoenix/Tucson area would like more info, pm me and I will tell you the shop and give you the contact info. Here are a few pics of the lights against my garage, and one head on.

I will eventually. I might just get some Silverstars for those until I can afford another HID kit. Or I might even get a light blue 20 mil vinyl tint and cover the fogs so they match. I don't know yet.

HUGE favor

You think you can take some night time picks from the drivers perspective? I'd like to see the difference in distance and clarity. I'm hoping to pick up some 6000k soon too. Thanks.

I will absolutely do that! I was actually thinking about that on my way into work this morning. I will get them up tonight.

Here are a couple of pictures from the drivers point of view. I took them with two different settings. The darker ones are on "auto", and the brighter ones are set to "night time". But I hope it gives you a better idea of the overall brightness. Personally I think the actual brightness is somewhere right between the two pictures.

That looks pretty good. How would you compare their range, to the stock bulbs? From the drivers point of view.
