HID kit with projectors available?

So anyone knowledgeable enough to tell if projectors are in any way related to the "bulbs"? Do projector kits usually come with the HID buls?
Can we install HID's and then put the projectors on whenever they become avalable?

There are a few places online which sell full kits for you to retrofit, which come with both the housings and the OEM bulbs from whichever car they pulled the lights off.
If you buy a projector kit later, you'll also have to buy new D2S/D2R bulbs to go with it. I dont think you'll be able to use the bulbs of a regular HID kit, but I'm not 100% sure of the details on that.
