I have the GTS with the Rockford Fosgate System. I actually have not looked into the manual to see if it lists where the speakers are.

But is it me or do only count 6 and 7 if I include the subwoofer...Where are the other 2??

2 tweeters on the door frame
2 speakers on the front door panels
2 speakers on the back door panel
1 sub
=7

The other 2???????

if the front ones are two way or component they could be counting those as speakers. Maybe, not sure

 

In the two back doors, within the inner portion of the speakers, there are two mini subs, which is where they get their 9 count.
