the ride is stiffer my engine stand almost still
trie to get the hardest polyeurethane
all brands are not the same
some are smoother
3M is good but i've tried only 3 brands
some no name, 3M and a brand that a guy is using for his job
he replace windsheild for a living
i prefer 3M it's thicker wen dried up

i've filled my integra front mount to
it was totaly ripped off
and now it's nice and stiff
so you can rebuild a totaly destroid engine mount
ask to your parts store witch one is the one for you he probably know what he sale

So you understand why I can not ask that question, lol. I have an engine dampener so I hope that doing the mounts will only make my car better. I am hoping to adda bout 30 hp, what do you think?

IMO no hp gain
but better response
BTW get rid of your engine pamper
you don't nead it once your mounts are filled

you wont nead it for sure!
but you'll have to do both a mean the front and the rear one
the engine dosent move or barely
and i did only one
i also id a huge burnout with no wheel hopping
that satisfy me !

be sure you don't nead your car for at least 24 hours
you can do only one at a time if you are not well equiped
or use a heat gun and heat up thin lairs of that sticky crap
but you'll still have to wait a couple of hours

engine damper=bad for you
