Evo X garnish on Lancer

I was wondering if anyone knows if the Evo X middle garnish will fit on the Lancer as a replacement for the Lancer's garnish

or does anyone know where I might be able to get some good vinyl to make the front black along with the chrome grille (I hate chrome!)

U should just paint it and then put a couple of clear coats over it.

I was actually hoping to get the same front garnish as the Evo, I like the design of the middle garnish with the vent styling

I really doubt the X "garnish" will fit on the Lancer without replacing the whole front bumper, that one from accolade looks nice, but Im sure its not cheap. Plus it would probably be hard to find someone selling theirs, unless you order one through a dealership or something.

However, you can find plain black vinyl on Ebay to black out the stock Lancer garnish, as well as the chrome.

"YeOldeLancer" that did that on Evom.

This is probably the stuff I'd buy http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FLAT-...spagenameZWDVW

I PM'd YeOldeLancer a while ago about that, because I was thinking about doing the same. He said he bought 5 feet to be safe, but 2-3 feet should do.
