after the firey crash back in 06, I finally got another lancer.

anyway, I'll cut to the chase. I'm not too familliar on the lancer, I know what I want it to look like, but unfortunatley I don't know how to put it in words. I'll just make a list, then I'll explain what I need help with. I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of a how-to or a tutorial....anyway..here goes.

*Exterior*

Evo VII Techsports body kit with front bumper, hood, skirts, and rear bumper. MAYBE the fenders....maybe....
Alloy Rims
Silver or White Paint
Evo 8 spoiler
Vortex Spoiler
Street Glow Multi-Color LED

*Interior*

Grey interior to be painted black.
Dash lights to blue instead of....aqua...or whatever it is...
Black Racing seats with blue.
Black back seat cover with blue.

*Performance*

BETTER HANDLING!
Cold Air Intake
better acceleration (and whatever it takes to make it happen)

*Int. Lighting*

So far I already have LED under the dash, under seats, Neon Strip flowing along dash. Air Vents lit up with blue neon. If anyone has any ideas where else I should put LED, please don't hesitate!

*Ext. Lighting*

Red Tailpipe LED (it looks nice when doing 110 on the freeway.)
Angel Eye Headlights
evo or aggressive Taillights.
Washer nozzil LEDs

*Electronics*

so far I have a pioneer head unit and garmin GPS which is mounted in the cubby hole. I think I would like it better if I could Relocate the air controls to the cubby hole and install a double din with nav....but for now the garmin stays, I guess.



okay now that the lancer's life goals are listed...I am confused about a few things....

1st thing is...I live in Alabama...this place is NOTHING like cali (where I grew up) I have no clue where to go to get my interior painted....so I will do it myself. I need to know what type of paint to get (black) where to get it, What parts of the dash are removable, and how to remove them. Then how to spraypaint and put it all back. I have an ES model....basically....if it's grey.....I want to change it to Black. (painting the door handle and the Locks blue would match the LED but it's not needed....suggestions on this is encouraged)

2nd thing....the Headlights....I want the Angel Eye effect like:

but not in Green and red I just want blue or something conservative....but I want the angel eye effect...is this the ONLY pair that will do it? $400+?! or is there something else out there?

I am pretty sure they can put whatever color angel eyes you want.
I ran accross another post somewhere on here (or perhaps somewhere else) about someone that installed those lights and had nothing but problems. From poor customer support, to one angel eye actually coming off and flopping around the housing!
Sorry I can't help you with much else. I know RRM www.roadracemotorsports.com has a lot of things four our model Lancer, and I have found a few things searching google.

If you're painting the interior, don't do gloss, satin might be pushing it, i'd stick with flat colours. The glare you get from other finishes will drive you absolutely insane otherwise.
