do i need upgraded brake

do i need upgraded my brakes, if i put 18inch wheels on my 02 lancer es. im new to the website. where can i find a decent brakes, links will help.

I would recommend upgraded ones. I had 17 inch wheels on my 5g Mirage/6g Lancer and it wore the brakes out quick. You have two choices, get upgraded rotors and pads, which really don't do much for bigger wheels, or get a complete custom setup. Rear disc brake conversion and bigger calipers in the front.

What do you use for the rear disc conversion?

is there kit for a rear disc conversion? i would go with wilwoods in the front, that is what i will be getting when i have the money, but i would also love to convert the rears to discs, i have never seen a kit for it.
