How to install evo x nose overlay?

Hey guys,
I just ordered an evo x overlay to install on my 08 Lancer. Will hopefully be getting it in 2 weeks...Now in order to get it to look proper, I have to cut 2 holes in my bumper. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on what to use or how to cut into my bumper??

I might give up and just try to paint the nose black and save myself the heartache of cutting
Thanks for all suggestions!

use a dremel for cutting. Start with a small hole, then you can edge away at it until it is the size and shape you need.

I have heard that people were using just a fine exacto knife, the nose is extremely thin to be honest.

If you decide to just paint your nose black, I'll buy that evo x overlay from ya, been looking to buy one since December. Otherwise could you link me to where you got it from? Thanks

You have to cut holes in your bumper for it to fit properly.
