Im about to buy an injen SRI for my car. I dont really know anything about engines, but is the installation as easy as it seems. I really dont want to mess anything up or put the CEL on. Anyone have any tips or tricks to help me out?

Yeah it is

Off the top of my head...
Remove snorkel that runs from the grill to the intake box
Open intake box, remove filter, remove "flotting" portion of the box
Untie the rubber pipe from the maf
Remove bolts, remove remaining of the box
Now you have half the box with the maf attached to it, so take this appart.
Remove the rubber pipe attached to the intake manifold if your new intake as it included

Install your new **** and call it a day
Some will say to unplug the neg cable from your battery. It's up to you. People have yet to show me why. I've installed/removed my stock/aftermarket intake a million times, unhooked my battery once or twice and never noticed a difference.

Blaze gave you some really good instructions. I always just start popping tabs and unscrewing the pieces... I don't really see how you can mess it up. Just make sure to unplug the maf sensor so you don't accidentally rip out any of the wires. Just be careful around that piece and you should be fine.
