Two questions.

Is it a fuse issue or a taking apart the dash issue when it comes to the light that shows trip miles and overall miles to replace the light?

Secondly, the light where the A/C and that general area is slowly fading. Is this a fuse issue or something else?

 

Those are the bulbs that went bad .
For the cluster just pull it out and change the bulb threw the back.
Also the same for the Ac control but thats not to easy to do so just pull the surround off and with some needle nose twist and pull the bulb out .

Go to your local dealer for replacement bulbs .
