i am new to this forum i am just wondering how i can remove the central console and wire my led lights remote switch to the 12v output power

It shows how to install aux mp3 cable but it also shows how to take out the center console. Which you will get the idea

 

but is there a way for me to wire the 12v output? like i need to use the 12v output in the middle glovebox.

 

that 12v power outles in the center console is CONSTANT 12v, not switched. when you wire your stuff, you will have to put a switch in line. also, just go through that tutorial and find the wires to the plug and test to see which is positive and which is negative by hooking up a multimeter.

 

ahh i have a remote switch and it requires a 12v constant elec source XD..but i heard u can pull out the panel that is located on the back of the middle glove box. but when i try to pull it off XD....it doenst come off as easily as the cup holder and that coin holder thing

 

Hello i was going to reuse this 12v socket in another car.. it already has a door and mounting.. i have the whole box out ect. but cant get the socket out =[ has anyone done this before ?
