I just bought some oem taillights for my 03 oz to replace the ricey looking ones that were on it when i bought it. When i tried to take off the ricer tails it turns out they use different wiring then the oem's. Does anyone know where i can get wiring to match the oem?

 

they should be the same plugs.. i replaced my oem tails with depo carbonfiber evo7 style tails and they connect to the factory harness... the tails come or should of came with the harness alredy attached to the tails... from their they just connect to the cars harness .. if they missing just take the harness off the other tails and use that harness on the oem tails.. their the same type

 

Mine aren't the same. The aftermarket tails have 4 bulbs while the stock use only 3. Also the bulbs are a slightly different size

It'll take me a little while to get a pic so ill just explain it as best i can. basically the aftermarket tails use a different set of bulbs than stock. they plug in to the factory wires. the aftermarket tails use 4 bulbs. i need a set of harness's like this

i just checked mine... the oems have 3 bulbs [ turn, brake & reverse ]

the af ones, like my cf evo7 have 4.. they consit of turn, reverse and 2 brake lights = 4 bulbs

when you compare both tail lights oem and aftermarket together, both will plug into the car's oem harness as the plugs will be the same.... if u want i can get pics of mine
