Lancer ES - Removing Lip spoiler and installing High Rise Spoiler

Hi. I was wondering, when removing a lip spoiler off a 2009 Lancer ES trunk, where will the mounting holes will be left. And will it be possible to install a high rise spoiler on the trunk without having any visible holes left behind from the lip spoiler?

Thanks.

U can actually have both installed. As for the mounting holes, there will be I think two in the middle. I installed the lip, but just with the double sided tape provided and still good after 3 years lol

Haha nice. Yeah I'm sure double sided tape will be enough, but if it were installed from factory, I'm sure they'd use mounting bolts/screws.

I've read here that some have put both on, although I'm am concerned about how that might look. I don't know if I want to have two spoilers lol. Was hoping for a seamless replacement of one spoiler to another.

I've debated having both the lip spoiler and the regular spoiler (non-Evo style) on my car for a unique look. Anyone have any pictures of what the final product looks like?

Here you go. Just drilled four holes (they are already pre marked! in the trunk lid), and installed it myself. Dealer wanted $150 for installation!! LOL
