How are these tail lights suppose to fit?

How are these tail lights suppose to fit?
My 03 oz only has three bulbs in the back and the these tail lights that apparently fit have four. and I've seen this on many 03 oz's. can some please help me?

The red bulb above the reverse light is decorative. So the outer red bulb will be your brake, the white bulb your reverse, and the bottom would be your turning lights.
