Lancer ES Turbo

I own a 2008 Lancer ES. I found a used turbo kit from that fits a 2002-07 lancer es. I was wondering if there is any way that it might fit without too much of a hassle. New turbos are much more expensive than this one. If anyone knows if it could be done fairly easy or if i'm just wasting my time please let me know! It is a T 25 rrm non-intercooled turbo kit

First, if you have the CVT then throw that idea out the window.
Second, 02-07 is completely different motor from 08+ (4g63-4b11 actually I believe the 02-07 is a 4g64 not sure correct me if I'm wrong) either way the fitment would be off and you would have to fabricate a lot of parts.

Turboing this car in general is a huge hassle, no matter what route you go (other than spending 4500 on RRM's kit which is a waste). Also, take my advice, don't buy a 'cheap' turbo kit, I did the same and it has been nothing but a headache to put together. Do things right the first time, get the proper parts, build your own kit (thats what I ended up doing), and you'll realize you can get it done for a fair price (3000-3500). Keep in mind however, you still need to do a lot of custom fabricating to turbo the 08+, as well as a custom tune. If cost is an obstacle, you might want to reconsider turbocharging your car. Also, if you don't know what you're doing, you can wreck the engine easily. Also, I would NEVER put a non-intercooled turbo kit on my car . With all of that being said, do your research! There are very useful threads on the forum if you search! If you search and still can't find your answer, post here or pm me and I'll see if I can answer your questions

Alright thanks for the help! Honestly I think my best bet at this point is just to save for an EVO in the near future.. which is what I seem to hear from most people
