Hi, I am wondering if anyone has experience replacing a clutch in their 2003 Lancer OZ?
I am to the point on debating whether the sub frame and exhaust must be removed in order to get at the Clutch... If so the engine would have to be supported.
Is there an easier way to getting at the clutch..tricks/tips..what all must be
removed??

I downloaded the FSM the other day; however after observing the Clutch overhaul section, along with the subsections, it only stated how to replace the clutch once you have gotten to it. Does not give the steps up to...

However I'm sure I have a pretty good idea what must be done. Looks like the Sub frame does need to be removed along with the exhaust to push over the engine and partially drop it down to have room for the clutch.
