I have yet to find one and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get one... I really want a bolt on one because I do not really want to spend the money to have someone else put it on for me... Any ideas where I could get one.

 

bodykits.com But I would be careful because a lot of body kits offline don't fit perfect and are made cheaply. Also you probably going to have to take you bumper of just to make it fit, which is illegal and could cause trouble with you insurance company but if its not that obvious then you might be be okay. But I ordered one for my 05 and it looked cool but didn't fit unless I took of the bumper and I didn't want to do that, and it didn't fit right up to the fenders.

 

Let me just save you a lot of time and disrespect from others. You should save your money and stop trying to make the car something it's not. The 2003 lancer es is a nice peaceful A to B car, nothing you want to draw unwanted attention to.
