rear upper control arm for 2004 sportback ralliart

I am looking to replace the rear upper control arms for my 2004 sportback ralliart. I see that the OEM replacement from the dealer has 2 options, 1 for non ABS & the other with ABS. ($.06 price difference) The OEM replacement from the dealer is around $70 (w/ABS).

The available aftermarket "exact fit" parts from Dorman (521545), MEVOTECH (MS801010) & Raybestos (5021381) only reflect non/ABS and are around $45/Ea.

Can anyone tell me what if any difference exists between the two options?

Much appreciated.

I would guess the abs one has a bracket for the wiring maybe?
