I just purchased that same one for my car. Did you end up buying it? If so, did it work well?

I sent my mechanic buddy the details on that system and he said it looks all good and well so im crossing my fingers.

Not yet

I haven't bought it yet.im debating to make my own exhaust system instead.but seeing this whole set up,the connections to the factory cat and manifold, and with a shotgun barrel muffler, and its a 2.5" pipe line.only thing I its for the 4b11 motor and I have a 4b12,just bigger cams.

DONT BUY IT. Unless you want to fabricate your own headers down to the cat. Plus the company who sold it to me is making it a pain for me to return it.

Shoot,so it doesnt meet up with the factory headers and cat?How far was the pipe going?reason why i wouldve got it and if it didnt fit i will still cut and weld to fit to the factory cat and exhaust manifold. What do you think?

I personally wouldn't recommend it. The exhaust muffler internals are cheap material and will corrode very quick. Plus the rest of the system is thin metal and it will most likely melt away or warp. It would do the same to the underside of your car as well.

Once I got my return money I went and got a flowmaster super 44 series muffler and some pipe from the local store and made my own axel back and it sounds great. It's a deep low growl but it's not obnoxiously loud at all. You do need a welder and a cutter of some sort to get the job done correctly. I'm thinking of switching to the super 10 series because it's a lot more loud and aggressive but that's just my opinion.

Oh well.Going to plan b,just make my own from scratch,i got a magnaflow super 40 I found in the scrap yard and just make a 2.5" catback exhaust system out of it.I like the super 44,had one on a 85'944 Porsche, made it sound like a small block chevy.Let me know how it turns out,I'd like to know how it sounds on the 4b12 lancers.
