Attach pic as a download?
How come that an attached pic shows up under the written reply and in the next reply the pic is just as a link?

The link must have gotten screwed up. Here it is again:

The reason the second pic is just a link is because it is a Bitmap(.bmp) file. Web browsers will only show Jpeg and Gif file formats. Everything else will just become a link.
